A local newspaper intends to publish a story regarding Strickland Propane’s illegal dismissal of old propane tanks into a water body. Hank innovates that the company should grow eco friendly. Dale takes this opportunity to garner the attention of the young girls from Arlen by helping out Strickland with this eco friendly strategy, when the news becomes big with the women of Arlen. The funniest thing happens when the benefit concert organized by Strickland goes awfully wrong instead of impressing the young women!
